Your discussion must include a brief description of nutrition planning, the food pyramid, nutritional aspects of menu planning, and issues of nutrition and health facing restaurants.

You must use at least two scholarly sources from the Ashford University Library, in addition to the textbook. Your paper must also be formatted according to APA style guidelines.
