Demographics Paper. Select a restaurant to use as your focus throughout the course assignments. This can be a fictional restaurant that you create, a restaurant that you intend to open some day, a restaurant that you work for currently, or have worked for in the past. This establishment will be the same one that you use to write the Final Paper.

Write a two- to four-page paper (not including the title and reference pages) describing the restaurant, customer demographics, and location. Demographics should include age, education, occupation, and income of desired clientele. You also need to discuss the competition of the restaurant selected.
