This paper is an analysis and reasoning for the Page v. Gulf Coast Motors case. I have taken the concepts we have learned through my Business Law course and have used them to support my reasoning for this case. The case is a guarantee contract involving three individuals, Gulf Cost Motors, Creditor, Glenn A. Page, Principal Debtor, and Mary R. Page, Surety. This paper is my understanding of how a Guarantee Contract works, pertaining to the case. It also focuses on exceptions to the Guarantee Contract.
