Initial Response: Construct an initial response that addresses the following four areas:
State your scores from the quiz and examines your results based on the descriptions of the four categories
listed after the text results (self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship
Examine surprises you encountered from your results.
Examine strategies you can use to incorporate your strengths into your ability as a leader.
Examine strategies you could use to strengthen your area(s) of weaknesses.
Guided Response: Post responses to at least two peers. Consider asking questions of peers about their responses to encourage further conversation. Suggest ways in which you think your peers could develop their weaknesses or ways that they could optimize their work with a person in their organization who shares similar traits.
