Construct a Campus Budget Plan Proposal and Reflect. As you have learned throughout this course, the budgeting process necessitates inclusion of all the school improvement programs as well as meeting the financial needs that supports the mission and vision of the school with the sole purpose of the successful learning of all subgroups of students. Review Marx (2002) for ten trends in education that may help you determine what you include in your plan. A Campus Budget Plan Proposal summarizes the actions, beliefs, values and goals of the school. In Part One of this discussion, construct an outline of your own Campus Budget Plan Proposal. This will be cumulative of all of your studies so far in this course. Have fun creating the outline of your Campus Budget Plan Proposal; create something that speaks to you as a learner, teacher, and leader.

Option 2: Create a short video to introduce outline using the software of your choice such as VoiceThread, Present.me, or YouTube, or any others listed in A list of 20 free tools for teachers to create awesome presentations and slideshows. Include the link to your video in the forum along with your response to Part Two.
