Customer satisfaction can sometimes be the most difficult thing to gauge in a business. Even with thorough research, it is difficult to know exactly how each customer feels. It is important that a business determines what the most important factors are in predicting overall customer satisfaction to make their organization as successful as they possibly can. By looking at the regression for the data given, it is easy to see that the two variables that have the most impact on overall satisfaction are customer service and the food the restaurant serves. Customers are likely to be more satisfied overall if the customer service and the taste of the food are to their standards. Taste of food can be subjective because many people have different preferences when it comes to food. However, if there is a consensus that the food is good, then your business is on the right path.
